      SKYWARN® Weather Spotter Class - U.S. Congress

      THIS CLASS IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC !  This class is for congressional staff (with congressional identification) only This SKYWARN® Basics course provides a review of Mid-Atlantic weather threats, basic safety, and how to convey storm reports to the National Weather Service. This SKYWARN® Spotter Class is offered free of charge as a joint effort from the U.S. National Weather Service and the U.S. Senate Office of Security and Emergency Preparedness.  A National Weather Service meteorologist will teach the class.
