      What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
      Self-parking is $12-15 per car depending on the parking garage.
      Valet is also available at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at the following rates:

      • Up to 2 hours - $10
      • 2-4 hours - $15
      • 4-6 hours - $20
      • 6 + hours - $27

      What is the refund policy?

      Refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the event start date. Please send a refund e-mail request to with your Name, Consultant ID, E-mail Address, Contact Phone Number and the reason you are requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used, minus a $5 processing fee. It is expected that refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 days of receiving the request.

      No refunds will be processed if received within 48 hours prior to the event start date, onsite at the event, or for no-show registered attendees.
