      Tired of whirling through your day like a tornado and feeling stuck in the same place tomorrow? This webinar is designed to help you overcome adversity, manage change, and increase life satisfaction with proven methods. Hear from Leadership Development Coach, Matt Paknis, as he explores the drivers of change, common responses, and outcomes. Participants will see tools used to help people bounce back from challenges and to manage stress and time. It’s time to stop the madness and take control of your life balance. A Q&A component will be included.

      Matt Paknis has designed and delivered corporate development programs to identify and develop successful leaders and to form thriving teams for over twenty years. He is certified to facilitate several leadership styles indicators, and programs to help participants manage themselves, coach others, and to lead and measure team results. Matt’s current clients include General Dynamics, EMC, Toray Industries, Charter Care Health, Hasbro, Johnson & Johnson, RISD, Brown University, AT&T, emergency response agencies, public school systems, law firms, medical practices, engineering and scientific firms. Matt studied Organizational Behavior and Architecture at Brown University. He also played football at Brown and then coached at Brown, at Penn State, and at the University of Rhode Island where he earned an MBA in International Sports Management. Matt has instructed at Brown University where he created and implemented the successful 50 hour long Practice of Management Certificate Program, the University of Rhode Island, RISD, Bryant University and at the University of Massachusetts where students selected Matt as their outstanding faculty member. He worked as a manager for Financial Services and Telecommunications Companies and was recognized for exceptional management practices. Matt initiated the Brown University Alumni Association’s webinar series.
